Refund & Returns Policy
Every item we sell is a unique, individually graded collectible. Because of this — and because card values move with the market — all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please review the listing photos, the grading details, and the certification number carefully before purchasing. You can verify every cert directly with the grading company (PSA, BGS, or CGC) using the cert number shown on the listing.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item has a major problem, is not as described, or is damaged, you are entitled to a remedy as set out below.
Items damaged in transit
We pack and ship every slab carefully and use tracked, insured shipping. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with the cert/order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a refund or resolution and lodge the shipping insurance claim.
Item not as described
If the item you receive does not match the listing (wrong card, wrong grade, or a material difference from the photos/description), contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. If we confirm the discrepancy, we will provide a full refund (including return shipping) or another agreed resolution.
What we cannot accept
- Change of mind, or because the market value has changed since purchase.
- Issues with the third-party grade itself (the grade is assigned by PSA/BGS/CGC, not by us; we list exactly what is on the label).
- Items returned without prior contact, or returned damaged/altered.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For purchases arranged by direct message or bank transfer, refunds are returned via the same method.
