Welcome to BertCollectables. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
- About us: BertCollectables is a Sydney-based consignment and sourcing service for graded One Piece TCG cards. We list cards on behalf of consignors and facilitate sales between buyers and sellers.
- Products: Every item is a unique, individually graded collectible. Grades are assigned by third-party graders (PSA, BGS, CGC); we list exactly what appears on the grading label and provide the certification number for independent verification. Colours and details may vary slightly from photos.
- Pricing & offers: Prices are in AUD and may change at any time. We may accept, decline, or negotiate offers at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order or correct pricing errors, with a full refund.
- Escrow & consignment: For consignment sales, funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt, after which the consignor is paid. By consigning, you confirm you own the item and have the right to sell it.
- Payments: Online payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and approved providers. Some sales may be arranged directly via Instagram or bank transfer.
- Returns: Sales are final except as set out in our Refund Policy and as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
- Liability: To the extent permitted by law, BertCollectables is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
