Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. All orders are sent with tracked and insured shipping, and high-value slabs are sent signature-on-delivery.
- Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.
- Domestic (Australia): Tracked express. Free express shipping on orders over $2,000 AUD; orders under that are charged at checkout.
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are payable on arrival.
- Packaging: Every slab is packed protectively for safe transit.
- Lost or damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with photos. We will lodge the insurance claim and resolve it per our Refund Policy.
- Risk: For consignment sales held in escrow, the item is shipped only once a sale is agreed; risk passes on delivery.
